what are the average days on market for your listings?

This, of course, depends on the health of the local real estate market. Stellar marketing plans and appropriate pricing are what help a home sell faster. I've got you covered!

HOw do you plan to market my home?

Marketing is my specialty! It's important to present your home in the best possible light to the most people possible in the first 2 weeks of being on the market

What is your average List to sale price ratio?

This can be volatile. It's important that homes are accurately priced for the current market and the buyers' ability and willingness to make a purchase. That is why I keep my finger on the pulse of the market!
